PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

New York State Law requires any person or company engaged in the conduct of private investigations to be duly licensed by the Department of State. Before a license can be issued, strict requirements must be met. For a description of licensing requirements, please follow the link to the New York State Private Investigator Law.

ETHICAL STANDARDS

New York State Law governs the conduct of private investigators, and Alpine adheres to the highest ethical standards. We will not engage in unlawful behavior, and we promise discretion at all times. We will not disclose the client's name, or the purpose of the investigation, without your consent.

Alpine Investigations is a member of the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State. (ALDONYS)

FEES

Alpine will require a completed retainer agreement, prior to beginning any work. All fees, and description of the work to be performed, will be outlined in the retainer agreement.
